You have some rpms on the internet. the 1.3.x branch of Apache is named apache-<version>.rpm the 2.x is named httpd. For more flexibility I would advice you to learn at least to recompile aany software from an src.rpm. If you know that you will be able to modify compilation options of whatever you want.
