You seem to have an old SELinux policy package installed... I saw
errors like that in a not-so-recent selinux-policy-targeted package.
The SELinux policy is trying to assign more than one specification to
the same path and RPM/YUM complains about this when
installing/upgrading packages.
I am fully yum updated. How can this be?
