The above line is the one that is wrong. IMHO it should be...
kernel /kernel_mybld ro root=LABEL=/12 ide=nodma rhgb

No, actually in the first place I tried like this even though I did not understand it, the boot error out with some message like "can not find /12", not exact wording, but similar.
