Sounds like one for Bugzilla.

Hi, Matt, and thanks.

I did in fact try bugzilla; however, for some reason I am unable to submit the bug.

I suspect it is due to an earlier bug I submitted that was ignored for about six weeks. Then I went on
vacation, and came back to find a series of messages asserting that
	(a) the bug has been fixed, please check it
	(b) the bug has been fixed, please check and verify
	(c) the bug has been fixed, if you do not respond in five days, it will be cleared

I then checked the bug, and it was marked cleared. That was about a year ago.

I had no occasion since then to submit a bug, until now.

But now, whether or not I have logged in, when I click on "new" Bugzilla produces a big red flag with the wording:

Error

Either no products have been defined to enter bugs against or you have not been given access to any.

Over the last couple of weeks, I have poked around various newsgroups and mailing lists to understand the meaning of this query and what to do about it, and then finally decided to engage fedora-list for help.
