If you install the gstreamer-plugins-mp3 package from rpm.livna.org -
then you can use Rhythmbox for shoutcast streams - and there's a whole
bunch at http://www.shoutcast.com

I save the link to the .pls playlist in my home directory, and then tell
Rhythmbox to load playlist from file - then it's in my Radio list for
future use.

You do need the gstreamer-plugins-mp3 package though.
