Tks for your answer,
Here is my interrogation :
libata version 1.10 loaded. ata1: SATA max UDMA/133 cmd 0x9C00 ctl 0xA002 bmdma 0xAC00 irq 193 ata2: SATA max UDMA/133 cmd 0xA400 ctl 0xA802 bmdma 0xAC08 irq 193 ata1: no device found (phy stat 00000000) scsi1 : sata_sis ata2: no device found (phy stat 00000000) scsi2 : sata_sis EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with ordered data mode. EXT3-fs: mounted filesystem with ordered data mode.
under FC3/770 kernel.
i see on http://www.megalinux.net/archives/000413.html that i need to compile the drivers.
i try it but problem :
3 files are not in the kernel soource : scsi.h scsi_obsolete.h scsi_typedefs.h
i've installer the kernel and the source too ... why these 2 files are not here ?
:(
i done the same compilation with the old kernel 766 : same pb : scsi_obsolete.h scsi_typedefs.h are not in the kernel.
what's wrong ?
It appears you totally ignored my response to your previous post, showing how to build the driver from the SIS website using the latest FC3 kernel:
