with great Thanks to Antonio and William I've resolved the problem.
just a little script to launch from the root console and voila'....up2date
ready to go! :=>

*****begin up2date.sh************

#!/bin/sh
export http_proxy=http://192.168.0.20:8000
up2date

**********end
up2date.sh*********
