Did you try any of the possible boot parameters listed on

http://www.redhat.com/docs/manuals/enterprise/RHEL-4-Manual/x8664-multi-install-guide/ap-bootopts.html

Be too sure to have the current BIOS installed for your PC and check
your BIOS settings (like the PnP OS setting to be NO).
