802.11g Cards that use the atheros chipset can use the madwifi drivers. madwifi is not in core and won't be until they get the bsd HAL ported (the current HAL it uses is binary only distribution) but it may come to a livna mirror near you soon. Works well for me - http://bugzilla.livna.org/show_bug.cgi?id=319 use the src.rpm from comment 27 you will need to add alias ath0 ath_pci to /etc/modprobe.conf Don't let kudzu configure anything And of course, you need a wireless card with the atheros chipset. I use an AT&T Plug&Share (cardbus on my laptop, pci on one of my desktops) It configures just fine using the Fedora wizard for network connections (and NetworkManager)
