Local mail issue. What did I do here?

I thought I had finally succeeded in getting my root mail into my
regular inbox and then I trashed it. *rolls eyes* Anyway, I went back to
Evolution because Thunderbird didn't seem to have the option to receive
local mail and I set it up and received one e-mail to root. There were
79 more that showed up when I login to console though. So I "thought"
I'd be smart and try to get those to whereever they needed to be so that
Evolution would pick them up. I then type "pre" which looked like it
sent them back to the spooler. Went back into KDE and voila I now get
"mailbox unavailable" How can I undo whatever I did and get those other
79 messages? Thanks!

Neal
