Ok,

First of all, I promise I will do a HOWTO when this is over!

I need to learn how to use FC3's DNS Configuration Tool. I don't know how to set up one, though.

Here is the scenario.

Somebody donated to us a dedicated IP (an ORG very much like Second Harvest... we give people food so they can eat here in México).

I have set up my computer so it has:

httpd
mysql 4.1
PHP 5

enabled. Now, I have to make it work as a DNS too and serve various domain names we have

www.amba.org.mx
www.bam.org.mx
www.bancosdealimentosdemexico.org.mx

and have other computers (or folders in this one) to store this webpages independently. I want to know how can I do this. Consider this to be a Static DNS HOWTO.

Anybody wants to help? :-D

I've followed this a couple times, and found it to be an amazing tool:

http://www.tldp.org/HOWTO/Chroot-BIND-HOWTO.html

You might also want to try picking up O'Reilly's, uh, Bat Book is it? The book on DNS and BIND9. Not only is it good reading if you're interested in learning abotu BIND9, but the other things I learned from that book - how DNS REALLY works - was well worth the read, as well.

Hope that helps
