I ahve 60 gigs left, and Windoze happens to occupy everything.
I thought I read somewhere that the in staller can resize.. I guess I need a free 3rd party tool?

You have the free space for Fedora or does Windows® occupy the whole
drive? If thats the case you will have to resize the partition, which
the Fedora installer isn't capable on.

If you have no free space, you will have to. If you have the free space
just create the new partitions. As said, swap and / are enough. You
don't need a /boot partition.
