I did a up2date install gtk2-devel and reinstall nessus. The GUI appear :)
but may I know what is gtk2-devel got to do with nessus. Why nessus need that?
It needs it for the GUI, because the GUI uses the GTK toolkit. So if you don't provide the GUI toolkit at build time for nessus, it won't build the GUI.
