Kernel panic when restarting networking

Hi,

When I restart the networking (service network stop ; service network
start) on two of our servers, the machine kernel panics and dies.

The machines are Dual Intel Xeon EM64T 3.6Ghz with 4 Broadcom NICs (2
onboard, 2 cards) (IBM x346's) running Fedora Core 3 x86_64 - kernel
is 2.6.10-1.770_FC3smp.

The output at the console is below:

Code: F2AE488B44240848F7E1448D69FF488378600048

Can anyone recommend a solution for this problem?
