I use KDE. when I had just installed it the screensavers worked fine. But now, whenever I choose a screensaver, it just does blank screen, it does the preview allright, but not when I wait to see if it works.
Any ideas what could be wrong?
You might try cycling your power control settings on/off. Choose some arbitrary settings, click apply, than turn them off, and click apply. Found a reference to this when dealing with a problem 'like' yours.
