do you know what authentification you are using Open System or Shared Keys? Some drivers used not to support Shared Keys (and this mode is belived to be less secure, nevertheless the name - vole MS even doesn't recommend to use it). Check what you have in your AP settings and try to use open system mode if it's not set up yet.
