Second KDE session using VNC

At work I've got a KDE session with 10 desktops each with 5 or 6 xterms.
When I VNC into work from home I want to use KDE (rather than twm -
whatever happened to Tom?) but I do not what all of those desktops and
xterms. How do I specify a second KDE session definition and then indicate
to the VNC's xstartup script to use this secondary KDE definition.
