You need 4 CD's with Fedora Core 3 (or 5 if you also want to create the Rescue disk). Most CD-burning programs recognize ISO files to create the CD's properly. I used NERO and ROXIO to create my original Linux distribution CD's from Windows and they both knew what to do when the input file was ISO.
