Seems you miss the /lib/libpcre.so.0, which is a symbolic link to /lib/libpcre.so.0.0.1. Check for it's existance, else create it with
cd /lib; ln -s libpcre.so.0.0.1 libpcre.so.0

I just ran yum update
results $ ls libp*
