Is anyone running NetworkManager with KDE?
I have installed NetworkManager-0.3.4-1.1.0.fc3.i386.rpm
and NetworkManager-gnome-0.3.4-1.1.0.fc3.i386.rpm
on my Fedora-3 system,
but when I "chkconfig NetworkManager on" and reboot,
the expected "windmill icon" does not appear in my panel.

You may need to run NetworkManagerInfo in a CLI to get the radar working in the notification area.

At least that was my experience with it under gnome.

Mine too. Once it is running, log out with "save current config" checked and it will start automatically from then on. Or add it to your startup programs in Preferences.
