reiserfs is not really supported in fedora though you can install it with linux reiserfs during installation

I installed Fedora Core 1 over SuSE, and inherited reiserfs. Since then I've upgraded to FC2 and FC3 without problem. I don't stress the system too much, but neither have I had any problems through a period that included several power outages and other assorted insults.
