You are using the entire filename as the package name.
Try "yum install kernel-module-nvidia"

For future reference,  The package name usually does not match the
filename, but is the first part of the filename.  The versioning and
packager information is often also part of the filename.  In this case I
see kernel version(2.6.10-1.770), distribution(FC3), driver version
(1.0.6629), packager(lvn), and architecture(i686) as part of the
filename as well as the package name(kernel-module-nvidia).
