Java/X11 copy/paste issue

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Using a program called JBidWatcher to watch and snipe on eBay items.
When adding an auction to watch - I highlight the item and then middle click in the add box - and it seems to add whatever was highlighted the PREVIOUS time to the end of what is currently highlighted.

I don't know who's bug it is - but I suspect a Java bug because that doesn't happen when I copy and paste that way in other x11 apps.

Does anyone know if this is a known issue, or how I could even make a useful bug report to the right party?

FC3 (x86 single cpu if it matters) kept up2date
java-1.4.2-sun-1.4.2.07 packaged with jpackage.org nosrc.rpm
all java stuff I have installed except for JBidWatcher is installed and maintained through either jpackage nosrc.rpm's (for non free stuff) or jpackage 1.6 yum repository.
