If the md5sum of your downloaded ISO image file does not fit the reference value then you might use rsync to just get the difference to a proper image on a rsync server. The servers are listed on the fedora.redhat.com site. bittorrent can be a good choice too to avoid another long download when just some bytes are needed to fix a corrupt download.
