Install openmotif and openmotif21 in that order. I had to do this in
order for the Oracle installer to work on FC3. libXp.so.6 is actually
provided by xorg-x11-deprecated-libs-6.8.1-12.FC3.21. One of the
openmotif rpms depends on this xorg rpm, I don't remember which.

Subject: libXp.so.6 problems
Hi,
A few days ago I changed my opsystem from RedHat8 to Fedora Core3. I
developped Java programs on RedHat8, but now my Java swing and awt
applications aren't running on Fedora.
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError:
/home/xy/Java/jre/lib/i386/libawt.so: libXp.so.6: cannot open shared object
file: No such file or directory

I know the Fedora uses the X.org system and the Java uses the XFree APIs,
but I don't know how can I solve this problem on Fedora.
Thanks for all ideas.
