Safety log message

Looking at the safety log I see these messages (on the third line there 
is a red mark).
What does it mean???

Mar  8 07:20:37 Fedora sshd[4340]: Received signal 15; terminating.
Mar  8 16:43:37 Fedora sshd[4277]: Server listening on :: port 22.
Mar  8 16:43:37 Fedora sshd[4277]: error: Bind to port 22 on 0.0.0.0 
failed: Address already in use.
