An additional factor, just to have fun: Leaving the hard disk on doesn't always increase its life. I think this one is licked - the current drives have both lasted two years. Chalk this one up to cheap drives. mark -- mark@xxxxxxxxx / markm@xxxxxx / markm@xxxxxxxxxx __________________________ . . _ ._ . . .__ . . ._. .__ . . . .__ | Neighbourhood Coder |\/| |_| |_| |/ |_ |\/| | |_ | |/ |_ | | | | | | \ | \ |__ . | | .|. |__ |__ | \ |__ | Ottawa, Ontario, Canada One ring to rule them all, one ring to find them, one ring to bring them all and in the darkness bind them... http://mark.mielke.cc/
