I have a system with a usb2 cd/dvd recorder. When i boot with the recorder switched on no problem but when i try to boot with this external device switched off (or unplugged) the system hang at the beginning of the boot process (just after devices initialization -> OK and before kernel parameters configuration). I can't see where is the problem because the system boot well in both cases with winxp. -- Eric Tanguy | Nantes, France <eric.tanguy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> Key : A4B8368F | Key Server : subkeys.pgp.net Fedora Core release 3 (Heidelberg) sur athlon kernel 2.6.10-1.770_FC3
