Which bootloader option did you select during the installation? Grub on Master Boot Record? Try booting from the DVD again and enter "linux rescue" at the boot prompt. You should eventually be able to get to a shell prompt where you can enter: # chroot /mnt/sysimage # grub-install /dev/hda That'll have another go at installing grub on your Master Boot Record. > I would like to try Fedora Core 2, see if that can install on the > same box, but can't find the link to download it.
