system and bios clock at UTC, cron job running earlier

My FC3 box clocks, both system and hardware, are set to UTC:

# /sbin/hwclock
Sat 26 Feb 2005 11:39:41 PM UTC  -0.844593 seconds
# date
Sat Feb 26 23:40:07 UTC 2005

Still I have a problem with a cron job. It is running one hour earlier
them the scheduled time.

Another box, a FC2, is setup the same way and cron works as expected.

Any ideas?
