I think the main obstacle to getting a responce isn't so much that they're not listening, but more that they have millions (or at least hundreds of thousads) of customers and I'm sure an individualized responce simply isn't possible. I'm also annoyed by the Reply-to: bug (and didn't know about it until reading this thread) but that and the top posting are pretty easy to work around.
