Subject: CPU at 100% on new install....

I've just done a fedora install - its been up a few hours now.
One thing I've noticed is that CPU usage is constantly at 90-100%.
The offender is "prelink". I've had a look at the man page, and googled a
bit - but cant work out why its running automatically? Is this just
something that always runs after install and takes a few hours?
