You don't say if you're using FC2 or FC3.

FC2:
I see the following RPMs in my nearest mirror of
download.fedora.redhat.com
(http://www.mirrorservice.org/sites/download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/2/i386/%5Bpage=2%5D):
kernel-sourcecode-2.6.10-1.12_FC2.noarch.rpm
kernel-sourcecode-2.6.10-1.14_FC2.noarch.rpm
kernel-sourcecode-2.6.10-1.9_FC2.noarch.rpm
They should be in your nearest mirror too.

FC3:
There isn't a kernel-sources RPM and you can find out why by reading the
release notes (/usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3/RELEASE-NOTES-x86-en).
