I'm not the best person to guide you in this because I used neither
mysql nor PHP. If you have specific questions e.g. about dependencies, I
may be able to help.

Are you going to try building the RPMs from the sources I mentioned?
The .src.rpm files contain all the instructions needed to build the
packages (provided you already have installed all the build
requirements), and using "rpmbuild" will follow those instructions to
build the packages for you. You shouldn't need to worry about
configuring, compiling, installing etc. unless you're having problems.
