I'm not familiar with that command line. Moreover, you don't need to
restart IPT after a change. iptables-save >/etc/sysconfig/iptables.
That said, I restart services with "service iptables restart."
Or "/etc/rc.d/init.d/iptables restart", which is sort of the same thing.
