I have all RPM-GPG-KEY from redhat (rpm --import
/usr/share/doc/fedora-release-3/RPM-GPG-KEY*)

What is wrong with it?

Perhaps your downloads are corrupted? Try using "rpm --checksig openoffice.org*.rpm" and see if the MD5 checksums are also bad.
