Well I just let yum upgrade my kernel. This usually brings mixed feelings of joy in the progress of Fedora, the hope my Kanguru flash reader will work, and loathing of the chore of re-installing the ipw2100 Centrino drivers. Kudos to all who contribute to Linux! :-) I didn't have to do anything except make install the rfswitch driver (my laptop has a switch to turn on and off wireless signal). The Kanguru flash works great. All your efforts are much appreciated. Eric
