got Kernel panic after update to Kernel -766i.

Überprüfung auf neue Hardware (means checking for new Hardware) - Kernel panic - not syncing: driver/serial/8250.c:1225:spin_is_locked on uninitialized spinlock c040e384.

any suggestions to solve the problem ?
