I found an OLD copy of Partition Magic that worked beautifully. Thanks again. I was concerned about using it since its documentation only covered through Windows 98!

PS: if you are interested, Fry's (www.outpost.com) has Norton's Partition Magic 8.0 listed for $59.99 with a $50 rebate, making the total cost after rebates $9.99!

Thanks for the help!
No, I'm not deserting Linux!
I installed Linux on a laptop that belongs to work, and I just need to remove Linux, if I can, before I return the laptop.

You, trying to desert away from Linux... I won't tell you ;-) Just
follow the instructions on previous posts. But you can also use something like Partition Magic if you want to "extend" your Windoze partition to make it cover your whole disk.
Hi All,
why bother with old versions of PM(although it seemd to work for you, this time), when qtparted from either systemrescuecd, www.sysrescd.org or from Knoppix(3.7), www.knoppix.net will do almost the same as. Cheers.
