Thanks for the clarification, Daniel. As it happens my problem this
morning forced me to actually sit down and read through a lot of the
SELinux docs at fedora.redhat.com (which were very good, BTW) and
finally I actually know what SELinux is! Every cloud has a silver
lining ...
