Apache is running, but believe me, normally I have never seen this. And the lines with tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:http 127.0.0.1:1451 TIME_WAIT is not what I'm asking. It's the line with warning, got duplicate tcp line.
What does netstat -ant show ?
Do you get the error here as well? Shashank
