Restarting clamd and clamav-milter fixes the problem for a few minutes, but then it starts again.
I have the crash-hat ClamAV milter running on FC2 without any problem.
Increase the milter log level to see what happens, if you do not see that the processes dieing:

Shortly there after I get a message from postmaster that clamd program cannot be contacted. Rolling back to 0.81b works fine.
