Wrong package name. Either yum or up2date will do the job just fine; use
whichever tool you prefer: "up2date openssh-server" or "yum install
openssh-server".

See http://www.barebones-server-howto.php for the very very tiny amount
of work (about 10 seconds) necessary to set up up2date. Other documents
will show similarly quick instructions for yum.
