thanks brian. i tried to install sshd through yum. Here's the dump from command window. it said "No Match for argument sshd"

[root@localhost share]# yum install sshd
That's not the name of the package.
Do a: yum list > yum.list... Search for ssh and you will find several openssh packages:
openssh.i386 openssh-server.i386 openssh-clients.i386 etc....
