Question on installation of FC3_86_64.

Due to an overheated processor I decided last week to replace the 32-bit processor with an Athlon 64 3200+
processor. I know I have to install FC3_86_64 to make it run, but I hate to have to do another full FC3
installation from scratch.

The big question is: Is there a way to upgrade my present FC3_86 to an FC3_86_64 so that not only my data
is kept but also all the various other products I have so far successfully installed?

The Fedora FC3_86 installation DVD runs fine on the new peocessor as does the rescue CD. Is there perhaps
an easy way to go from FC3_86 to FC3_86_64 using one of these plus a few selected 64-bit RPMs?
