Can anyone point me to an RPM which contains this, the C Dynamic Object library?

Appears to be part of kerberos - google is your friend. krb5-libs available at freshrpms or pbone should do the trick. But I don't think I'd install kerberos just to get this library. Looks to be easy to build from sources.
