tkcvs from Fedora-Extras for x86_64

The following error occurs runing tkcvs after installing
the rpm from Fedora-Extras for x86_64:

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Error in startup script: invalid command name "get_cde_params"
    while executing
"get_cde_params"
    (file "/usr/bin/tkcvs" line 1)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------

Comparing the two rpm packages (i386 vs. x86_64),
the first observed difference is that the components
are stored in /usr/lib/tkcvs vs. /usr/lib64/tkcvs.

I upgraded one AMD64 system with the rpm for i386
and the error went away.

Comments? Alternatives?
