64 bit pci cards work in 32 bit slots a long as your motherboard supports 3.3 volt cards (they won't fit if it doesn't)...
Actaully, no. You don't need to have 3.3V support. Many will work in standard 5V slot. The notch for 3.3V cards is on the opposite end of connector (closer to the back of motherboard) from the notch for 5V cards (closer to the middle of motherboard). Or at least that's what I always thought those notches are (never said I was right about it, haven't I? ;-)
