In your home directory:

~/.mozilla/firefox/--dynamic-data--/bookmarks.html

The "--dynamic-data--" is a directory that is created to uniquely
identify your session and firefox data. On my system it is called
"5bekho85.default". I'm guessing it will be different on yours.
