The work around in the bugzilla entry: https://bugzilla.redhat.com/beta/show_bug.cgi?id=140584 says that installing the urw-fonts package from FC2 is a workaround. So I did this: 1. Downloaded urw-fonts-2.1-7.noarch.rpm from an FC2 site 2. rpm --oldpackage -hFv urw-fonts-2.1-7.noarch.rpm 3. Edit /etc/yum.conf and add the line under "gpgcheck=1" exclude=urw-fonts.noarch If an update does arrive, just delete the exclude line and yum will update the fonts. -- Norman Gaywood, Systems Administrator School of Mathematics, Statistics and Computer Science University of New England, Armidale, NSW 2351, Australia norm@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Phone: +61 (0)2 6773 2412 http://turing.une.edu.au/~norm Fax: +61 (0)2 6773 3312 Please avoid sending me Word or PowerPoint attachments.
